About the Jumbo Keepsake Pets

Jumbo keepsake pets are printed at approximately 300% of their original file size, making them substantially larger than a standard-sized pet.

Each pet is made in one standard display-friendly size. Sizing CANNOT be customized. Most jumbo pets measure approximately 3.5–6 inches tall, though the final size will vary slightly depending on the specific model. 

Each keepsake is handmade from start to finish. Because of the printing, preparation, painting, and finishing process, small imperfections or variations in texture, paint, and finish may naturally occur. These are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

The head has a slight bobble movement and is intentionally not completely rigid.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Model
Select the jumbo pet model you’d like from the available reference sheets.

2. Choose Your Eye Color & Eye Highlight Style
Select the eye color and highlight style you’d like for your keepsake pet. If you would like an eye color that is not shown, you may request it in the order notes, before you checkout.

3. Place Your Order
Your $85 payment covers one complete custom jumbo keepsake pet.

4. Submit Your Photos & Details
After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email from Eunoia Studio with instructions for submitting your reference photos and custom details.

Please reply directly to that email with:

•  2-3  Clear reference photos of the pet you’d like me to recreate
• Any specific markings, colors, or features you’d like included
• Your requested eye color(s)
• Any additional details you’d like me to know

Please send multiple photos! Clear photos from different angles are especially helpful when recreating markings and facial details.

If your pet has two different eye colors, please specify which color belongs to each eye.

Please do not send reference photos before placing your order. I will contact you after your purchase with everything you need to know.

5. I Create Your Keepsake
Once your photos and details have been received, I’ll review everything and confirm that I have what I need before beginning your custom pet.

Your keepsake will then be 3D printed, prepared, painted, sealed, and finished by hand before being carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Processing Time

Custom jumbo keepsake pets are made to order and require multiple stages of printing, preparation, painting, sealing, and drying/curing.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your custom pet to be completed before it ships.

Processing time begins once your reference photos and customization details have been received and confirmed.

Handmade production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and necessary drying/curing times.

Important — Please Read Before Ordering

These keepsake pets are collectible display pieces, not toys. They are not intended for children or rough handling and should be kept as decorative/display items.

Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, your finished keepsake may have slight variations or imperfections and will be an artistic interpretation of your pet rather than an exact replica. Small details may need to be simplified to suit the scale of the model.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the item.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the standard jumbo display size, handmade nature, slight head movement, processing time, and display-only purpose of the keepsake before purchasing.

CUSTOM ORDER COMMUNICATION: After ordering, you will receive an email requesting your pets reference photos. Please monitor your email and respond promptly. If I do not receive  the required photos or information after multiple attempts to contact you, your order may be canceled and refunded. Your 2-3 week processing time begins once all required information is received.
