All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at eunoiabyaunaleigh@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will do our best to make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Eunoia Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
